Sniffle Sniffle

snort snort - sniffle sniffle. yes that's right it's cold time! i got it first, passed it to the wee one and now big daddy has got it. we are soo fun, snotty and crank-tastic! baby's ALWAYS love love love the lil' blue snotter, but now it's even more fun. would it be wrong to put her cute lil' sniffling head into a vise **just for a sec** so I can de-booger her without yoga-like contortions? ah the wonders of being a mommy huh?

got to work half-day last Monday and this Monday agan. i've been updating my website while i've got some down time and putting together the books i've read and/or want to get viv. and of course as you can see in my photo album there are more peanut pictures. grammy has requested even more so i'm off to snap....er snap photos i mean.

Happy Birthday Jesus!

We had a few inches of snow on Christmas, not a total Norman Rockwell scene but enough to get a few snowballs together. John got the bestest Charlie Brown Xmas tree - I've got such a great family. Baby Girl, Hubby and I hung out all day and giggled up a storm. Jeez we are a bunch of festive jackasses! Ms. Vivian got a ton of cute little outfits, my dad even went out to go shopping -the end of days is definitely close at hand (**kidding**) all and all we are blessed once again to be with each other. Best wishes to you and your families - from our twisted one to yours. XOXOXOXOXO John, Viv, Michele, Lumpy, Tasha, Lil' Pork Chop, MoJo JoJo and the occasional visitor Ralph

it’s easy to see

If someone ever was to ask me why I married John - today would be a perfect example.

I knew when I saw a friends son wearing the cutest Halloween costume last year what I was going to be buying for my son/daughter this year. It is a "pea in the pod" outfit, they are zipped up in the "pod" and it has three peas on the front. John got it for Vivian a few months ago when I mentioned it.

We had a big family/friends Halloween party at work today and John brought Vivian over to the office for the event (pictures to follow). When they walk in they are all smiles and in costume. I get closer and see she has a mark on her face like a football player - a thick grease paint streak under her eye. I ask John what it was about and he replies "She's a Black Eyed Pea".

That boys and girls is why I married him!
